So, No one ever tells you exactly how much work it takes to start and finish a food truck build. Quickly, I’ve figured out that it’s never really done but you can definitely get it to a point where you feel happy about it. For the last month or two we’ve hit that point we’re it looks like a “food truck” and I feel stoked about it.

Creating this look took several days, fighting rain, and multiple trips to the hardware stores. I consistently have to remind my self that I have no clue as to what I’m am doing, but it’ll be okay.
